Twister Alley International is a unique film festival run by filmmakers...for filmmakers. After screening at hundreds of film festivals, seeing the good and the bad, Twister Alley Festival Directors Josh Hope & TJ Treece are proud to bring their favorite indie films from across the globe back home to NW Oklahoma by designing a film festival that provides the perfect setting for both filmmakers and movie fans alike. Twister Alley sets itself apart from the mass of tired film festivals by putting the filmmaker first.
Michelle is a local artist & full-time volunteer sitting on the Boards of Woodward Arts & Theatre Council, Woodward Visual Arts Commission, United Fund of Woodward, Plains Indians & Pioneers Museum & Friends of Fort Supply. She is also a business owner of an Oil Tool Rental company with her husband and partners in Commercial & Residential properties with her dad.
Her love of art developed later in life from many trips to Santa Fe, New Mexico and the chance to work with several artists in that area. Her own work is abstract in nature, using multiple layers of acrylics & mediums to create an image that encourages the viewer to look more closely at what is lurking or hiding just beneath the surface.
She loves Comedy with favorites being, “The Cone-Heads” and “Big Business”. Action, Adventure & Sci-Fi movies run a close second with favorites being “The Princess Bride”, “Laura Croft Tomb Raider Series” & “The Mummy Series”.
Haley is an Oklahoma Native who developed a love of adventure while traveling nationwide to participate in creative performance competitions as a child. She now works behind the scenes doing social media for Twister Alley Film Festival and has worked on several projects for Olive Entertainment.
Haley has always been fascinated by human behavior, which led to her master’s degree in professional counseling. She is now a counselor and psychology professor and was awarded adjunct faculty of the year two years in a row.

Anthony has worked in video games, advertising and film. He sold his feature screenplay 'The Miami Project' to Atlas Entertainment, and wrote the short film 'Other' which premiered at the 2012 SXSW film festival. 'Other' picked up best short, director and screenplay at Elvira's horror hunt.
Tony's upcoming shorts include 'Body(s)' (Writer) and 'The Dark Hunger' (Writer/director/producer), and a number of his books are currently available on itunes & amazon including Midnight symphony, Cult of the Fly, Sarcophagus, Eyes Within the Cemetery & The Azure Crypt. Tony resides in Chicago, IL.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, D'arcy showed a talent and love for performing from an early age, whether it was acting, singing or dancing. In 2008-2009 she was a member of the Philadelphia Eagles cheerleading squad, and has modeled for brands such as Nikon Camera, Calvin Klein, Palmer's Skin Care, & Paul Mitchell.
D'arcy has appeared on hit tv shows such as 30 Rock, Gossip Girl & Anger Management with Charlie Sheen, and co-stars in the indie film The Life and Death of an Unhappily Married Man. D'arcy won for Best Supporting Actress at the Red Dirt Film Fest for her work in Life and Death. D'arcy currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
D'arcy's favorite films include Hocus Pocus, Labyrinth, Mrs. Doubtfire, The Coneheads, The Birdcage, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest & Girl Interrupted.
Sara Acosta was born and raised in Woodward, OK where she found her love for theater and the arts on the Woodward Arts Theater stage. She is a 2013 graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University where she studied speech and theater. She hopes to attend graduate school in the very near future and pursue a career in acting.
She has designed, directed and acted in multiple shows for the stage, most recently in Tall Grass Gothic and Grease the Musical. She also recently brought home two All Star Cast awards at State and Regional ACTA festivals for her role of Rootie in Asleep On The Wind.
Sara's favorite movies include Pirates of the Caribbean, Silence of the Lambs and Thor.
Sean Patrick Leonard is an award winning actor who hails from Chicago, IL. Sean is most notably known for his work in Machine Gun Preacher, Chicago Fire, Sweet Leaf, Dead Weight, Stranglehold and The Life and Death of an Unhappily Married Man.
Sean was honored with the Emerging Artist-Actor Award at the 2015 Twister Alley Film Festival and Honorary Scream King Award at the 2015 Twisted Horror Picture Show.
Sean's favorite films include The Sting, Boogie Nights, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Warriors and Pulp Fiction.
Kate has always been enthralled by the art of storytelling as well as how people live and why they are the way they are. she has taken these interests and turned them into a life long passion for the craft of acting.
After graduating with a BFA in acting from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Kate got her professional start in Chicago appearing in numerous critically acclaimed stage productions before changing her focus to on camera work. She can be seen in several festival award winning films such as The Life and Death of an Unhappily Married Man, Qwerty, Kind of Blue, Wild Blue and The Singer. Kate won the Emerging Actress Artist award at the 2015 Twister Alley Film Festival.

An avid film lover with the largest dvd collection west of the Mississippi, TJ grew up in Waynoka, Oklahoma daydreaming of living life inside the countless movies he watched as child.
TJ now helps bring movies to life, serving as executive producer on the indie feature films The Life and Death of an Unhappily Married Man and Wild Blue. TJ wrote & directed his first film, Dead Weight, which premiered at the 2015 Twisted Horror Picture Show. He currently resides in Woodward, Oklahoma where he enjoy's spending time with his beautiful wife chelsy, and introducing the movies he fell in love with as a kid to his own children.
TJ's favorite movies include Silence of the Lambs, Legends of the Fall, Tron (the original), Napoleon Dynamite, Hoosiers, The Natural, Cocktail, A River Runs Through It, Full Metal Jacket and The Big Lebowski.
Josh, a native of Waynoka, OKlahoma got his start working on several popular network television shows (American Idol, The Biggest Loser, The Jerry Springer Show), and has worked various positions on a variety of independent film and television projects
In 2005, Josh established his own production company, Olive Entertainment, and has written, directed and produced 5 award winning short films that have now screened at numerous film festivals across the globe. Josh's latest feature film, The Life and Death of an Unhappily Married Man was released in 2015, and has won over 20 awards for Best Feature Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Editing & Best Score.
Josh's favorite films include Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Lost in Translation, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Junebug, Rocky, The Squid and the Whale, Fargo, The Shining, Half Nelson, Sideways, Rudy, Big & Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.
Originally from New Orleans, Chris moved to Chicago in 2008 where he has worked on various artistic endeavors. he released his latest project, the cult comic book 'Space Heroes and Miserable Nobodies' in 2014.
Chris is a rabid New Orleans Saints fan, and enjoys spending his free time disrupting crime and helping keep the streets of Chicago safe. Chris was nominated for Best Movie Poster at the 2015 Austin Revolution Film Festival (The Life and Death of an Unhappily Married Man). Chris won for Best Poster at the 2015 Twisted Horror Picture Show (Dead Weight), and was awarded Emerging Artist for Poster Design at the 2015 Twister Alley Film Fest.
Chris' favorite films include E.T., Star wars, Taxi Driver, Jaws, Gattaca, The Forbidden Planet, Superman, Dumb & Dumber, Adaptation, The Iron Giant, Vertigo & Time Bandits.
